  • Clarify the desired "ideal" outcome(s) that will result from the process.

  • Determine barriers to achieving the "ideal" outcome(s).

  • Design custom intervention(s) to meet the unique needs of the group, which could include:

    • Metrics Development and Program/Project Evaluation

  • Implement the custom-designed intervention(s)
