For over twenty-five years, Susan has served as a consultant, facilitator, trainer, speaker, or coach, specializing in career and organizational development, change management, and strategic planning. She has traveled throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Canada, influencing over 100,000 people through her work.
Susan has worked with organizations as small as one and as large as Fortune 500 corporations, in industries as diverse as government, education, healthcare, community-based non-profits, technology, aerospace, utilities, and consumer products. She has provided services to the employees of international companies, such as Microsoft and NASA, and to local organizations, such as Washtenaw County, Ozone House, Literacy Coalition, and Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan, to name just a few.

After being in the central coast of California for many years, Susan McGraw Consulting is now based near Ann Arbor, MI. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Jane Kinnaman
Market Research Consultant
Jane Kinnaman has a marketing research career that has spanned nearly thirty years, conducting all phases of research for suppliers, manufacturers, and her own company. Jane‘s research and consulting experience includes working on both the supplier and client sides of the business. She has experience in developing and implementing a wide variety of research methodologies with diverse objectives in both the qualitative and quantitative arenas.
Research has been developed for companies including Kaiser Permanente, Maritz, Ralston Purina, Toyota Motor Sales North America, J.D. Power & Associates, Hilton Hotels, General Motors, Disney, Avery Dennison and KB Home.
Jane’s clear understanding of client objectives results in the development of appropriate research methodologies and targeted surveys. In addition, her marketing perspective ensures that reports answer the questions needed to help management make informed decisions.
